The Company collects this individually identifiable information to complete business transactions, administer individual accounts, deliver marketing material, provide customer support and meet government regulatory requirements such as tax collection.The company will not monitor, edit, disclose, sell, rent, license, exchange, or release any of your personally identifiable information without your explicit consent unless the Company has reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary: (a) to conform to the edicts of law or comply with legal process served on the Company; (b) to prevent injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the Company rights or property, other Users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities; or (c) to act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of the Users or the public. TenantMagic follows reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your Personal Information. However, no company, including TenantMagic, can fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information. Among the security measures taken is a login process requiring a password and username that you select and a firewall protecting our hosting server. TenantMagic will retain your password and username as part of your Personal Information, but will not share this information with anyone. Please be advised that you are responsible for keeping your password and user name confidential and secure from unauthorized persons.  The TenantMagic website may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by TenantMagic. The provisions of such links is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such websites or its contents. We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy policies or of content displayed on such other websites.  In the event TenantMagic or its assets are acquired, your Personal Information will likely be among the assets transferred. We give Users password access to personally identifiable information in order to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate information. Additionally, corrections can be made by sending an email to
